“I use the Chi Machine-aerobic exerciser to promote overall health and wellness. It helps organ function, respiratory, circulation, flexibility and relaxation. The majority of my clients are bedridden and this is the only exercise they can do. The Chi machine is a passive exerciser that doesn’t stress the heart or put excessive stress on the joints.
